Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Associate located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This individual must be a QuickBooks professional who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial record s. They will also be required to establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements, Daily A/R, A/P adjustments, and bills upload to QuickBooks, as well as Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports. Qualifications Experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping Proficiency in Accounting Software and tools such as QuickBooks Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Canadian tax regulations and financial compliance Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry
