Are you a motivated sales professional with a mechanical or electrical aptitude?
Trade-Mark Industrial is seeking an Outside Technical Sales Representative to join our Motor Shop Repair & Sales Group — a fast-paced division specializing in the repair and sale of electric motors, pumps, gear reducers, industrial electronics, and servo motors across industrial, commercial, institutional, agricultural, aggregate, HVAC, and OEM sectors. Electric Motor Repair Facility is equipped with modern diagnostic, machining, and rewinding capabilities, supported by a large in-house parts and motor inventory. We're known for fast turnaround, reliable technical service, and a customer-first approach that builds long-term relationships.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through on-site visits, phone, and email.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
Provide technical guidance on repair, replacement, and application of motors, pumps, gearboxes, and controls.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in safety, training, and strategy meetings to support business growth.
Sales or technical service experience in electric motors, drives, gearboxes, or pumps (asset).
Mechanical/electrical aptitude or industrial service background strongly preferred.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
Willingness to be available for urgent customer needs after hours (rotational).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
