As a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN, you will play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive and personalized care.
35 per hour , along with a  working bonus of up to $3000 for dedicated hours.
We also offer relocation support with up to $2,500 , a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental coverage (80-100%), an Employee Assistance Program, and opportunities for continuing education and advancement within the organization through Talent Management.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Pro Vita Care Management, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the health and happiness of our residents.
Observing, monitoring, and documenting residents' physical and psychological conditions,
Provides and assists with personal care to residents as required,
Providing personal care as needed, and supporting emergency staff scheduling,
Ensuring adherence to infection control practices
Assesses resident health status including, but not limited to:
Recognizing deviations from mental health baseline, differentiating between dementia and delirium

Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification
Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
Effective communication skills in English
