We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring that food preparation and service run smoothly. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while supporting the chefs and other kitchen staff in delivering high-quality meals to our guests. Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients for meals.
Help with cooking tasks as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation standards.
Support meal service by serving food and beverages to guests as needed.
Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting low inventory levels.
Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure the quality of food served.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
A passion for cooking and the food industry is a plus.
