Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong multitasking skills, and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes.
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for processing orders and payments accurately.
  • Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
  • Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed, including serving and cashiering.

Skills

  • Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Good basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
  • Kitchen experience or prior food industry work is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
  • Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
