Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant

We are hiring a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant to join our growing team. The FSC Consultants are experienced professionals on our project teams accountable for understanding the overall solution design, understanding use cases and requirements, building out the declarative aspects of the solution, writing technical tickets, and authoring supporting documentation. They work closely with various technical and non-technical team members across comprehensive and strategic projects.
They are experienced in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and can easily complete out-of-the-box configurations. They possess strong business analysis skills, take an empathetic approach to requirements gathering and facilitate customer workshops. For smaller projects, the FSC Consultant takes full ownership of the solution design. Modes support all the examination vouchers for any Salesforce certifications and leadership training and ensure you have the time to prepare and pass the certification exams.
Design and manage the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions that meet business requirements for various-sized projects
Create build tickets for implementation detailing the technical requirements to meet the user story acceptance criteria
Refine implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
Assist in end-user acceptance testing by developing the test cases and the acceptance criteria
Lead knowledge sharing sessions with the client and provide the user documentation required for supporting the system in the future
Present solution options to customer, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
Perform impact analysis for scope change requests; document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
Participate in declarative system configuration when necessary
Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams
Participate in training content development and Administrator and end-user training delivery
3+ years working as part of a professional services team within a consulting practice
~1+ years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations
~ Salesforce Administrator or/and Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator certification
~ Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification (or the ability to obtain this within 2 months)
~ Well-versed in application design, data integration, and security architecture
~ Experience working in an agile environment
~ Fintech or financial services industry experience is a must
