We are seeking an experienced, passionate Technical Salesforce Consultant who will play a pivotal role in driving the ongoing success of our Salesforce deployments service, thereby contributing to the ongoing digital transformation journey of our clients. This role involves providing technical expertise, strategic insight, and implementation guidance for mission-critical enterprise Salesforce applications across a diverse range of industries.

What you'll do:
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to propose and deliver architectural solutions and technical oversight for a variety of Salesforce-based projects.
  • Provide expertise on latest standards and guidelines and design solutions based on industry-accepted best practices.
  • Develop custom applications and technical solutions, including efficient integrations with other platforms.
  • Assess the impact of new products and functionalities released by Salesforce and related upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Present and articulate the business value of newly-created Salesforce applications to stakeholders at all levels.
What we'd like:
  • 7+ years of work experience in software development, working within interactive SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile or Scrum).
  • 5+ years of technical Salesforce development experience – e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com , integration frameworks, etc.
  • Salesforce certifications in two or more of the following: Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ, and Omnistudio.
  • University-level educational credentials (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with client CIOs, IT stakeholders, and business leaders.
