Work with a team to assemble manufactured and purchased components to meet the specifications as indicated by assembly drawings. This may be done as part of a team for large complex assemblies, or smaller stand-alone cells.
Assemblies may include complex arrangements and may require fitting and adjustment to meet close tolerances.
Working with Mechanical Design, Controls, Purchasing and other members of the Samuel Automation team to overcome technical issues and roadblocks.
Travel to customer site for onsite installation of equipment.
Additional hours may be required for scheduled or unscheduled onsite customer service on evenings or weekends
Technical aptitude with capacity to understand mechanical drawings
Difficult, complex or unusual matters are referred to more senior authority.
Interest in pursuing license in MTBI, Millwright or Tool and Die at least 2 years of experience in Industrial Automation
Must have a valid passport and driver’s license, as well as the ability to travel to customer sites both locally and internationally
Competitive wages, overtime after 42 hours
