We are currently searching for a Marketing Manager to join our growing manufacturing team in London, Ontario. Our ideal candidate has a passion for creating compelling marketing and communications strategies, strong leadership/coaching skills and the ability to drive performance.
You will lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You bring a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the organization and its products
Develep the annual marketing plan, execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with values and business objectives
Track performance of campaigns and analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts
Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness
Develop targeted promotions, advertising initiatives and digital marketing strategies
Analyze market trends, understand customer behavior and challenges, and translate into corresponding marketing communication focus
Produce new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
Manage the marketing budget and make recommendations regarding budget priorities and expenditures, identifying cost control measures
Update senior leadership on KPI's regarding marketing activities, reporting on the results of campaigns
Create and manage content for the company’s social media, emails, website, and other forms of digital communication (news releases, media relations materials, presentations, and internal communications)
Responsible for marketing of new product launches
Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends within marketing strategies and campaigns
Develop and execute brand strategy and e-strategy
QUALIFICATONS:
~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
~5+ years Marketing Management experience in a manufacturing environment
~ Strong decision making and communication skills to articulate, influence, and execute complex strategies and initiatives
~ Proven content writing skills, both technically sound and creative
~ Understanding of multi-disciplined marketing: product, agile, digital, distribution etc.
~ Strong problem-solving skills to make data-informed decisions
~ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
~ Entrepreneurial thinking and action, high implementation and result orientation
~ Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
