The role In this position you will be focused on the pursuit of new projects in a wide array of sectors. Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and data center work. In this position estimating will be part of your day but you won’t be grinding out estimates every day you will be involved in developing projects and chasing new work. Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.Review and evaluate project plans and specifications, identify potential cost uncertainties, and provide risk analysis.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects during the design and construction process.Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction estimating for large-scale projects.Proficient in estimating software and MS Office Suite.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction and a knack for numbers, we would love to hear from you.
