Summary We are seeking 2 experienced Account Managers to join our dynamic team in Peterborough. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving business growth by managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met with our extensive product offerings. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering boutique service with national reach. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and increase sales. Conduct negotiations and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction. Utilize HUBSPOT for tracking account activities and managing customer interactions. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and applications. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Lead initiatives that promote teamwork and enhance overall account management processes. Qualifications MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING OFFICE FURNITURE Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in B2B sales environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively. Leadership qualities that foster collaboration within teams. Experience in technology sales is a plus.
