As a Salesforce Consultant at Plative, you will design and implement Salesforce solutions for a diverse range of Nonprofit clients. Candidates should possess knowledge of Salesforce's functional and technical capabilities in the Nonprofit space. You will act as a knowledgeable liaison with client executives, uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy, and create effective solutions to address the client's needs. As a part of the Plative Nonprofit Transform team, you will join a team of passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, all dedicated to improving the way social impact organizations operate. We’re a self-motivated, creative group, and we emphasize collaboration, flexibility, and professionalism.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
Lead discovery sessions to gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with internal team members to deliver quality work and raise project limitations and risks early
Manage and facilitate project delivery and build components as necessary.
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients.
Configure and customize Salesforce.Configuration of Salesforce.Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy
Guide testing approaches for internal quality assurance and user acceptance.
2-4 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on the nonprofit sector
~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
~ Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification
~ Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP experience
~ Aptitude for using technology and data
In-depth technical expertise in the Salesforce platform
Proficiency with Salesforce Flows
Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, website and experience design concepts and methodologies
Knowledge of core social sector concepts like grant management, program management, impact measurement, and fundraising
