Marketing Analyst/Manager with Technical Program Management experienceDuration: 12 monthsLocation: Toronto, ON Job Description: BACKGROUNDThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years overall experience in Digital Marketing, Software Development, Digital Commerce, or related fieldsSignificant exposure to agile software development methodologies and processesDirect hands on experience with at least 2 categories of Marketing / Sales Technology (e.g., Marketing Automation, CMS, CRM, etc.)Demonstrated understanding of B2B Marketing and Sales processes (e.g., Account-based Marketing, Lead Qualification, etc.)Working knowledge of business AND technical process development and analysis methodologies and tools (BPMN, SIPOC, TAM, etc.)Must have experience supporting long-term, cross-team programs within the Marketing and Sales technology domain (e.g., Provide technical program support for the Analytics and Optimization team in collaboration with IT and Operations (e.g., Maintain E2E view of Marketing business processes and support efforts to document business processes in Signavio.Support Data Democratization efforts within the A&O team by collaborating with Solution, Regional and Channel analysts and IT and Operations.
