Planner, Media Planning with a passion for marketing and a curiosity for media in advertising. We strategize how brands should communicate with people across the myriad of media channels, and how to do that differently from every other brand.
Planner is responsible for our strategic brand work: comms plans, media strategies, media plans. You will direct the day-to-day account activities for the brand and play a key role in the translation of marketing and advertising objectives into overall media strategies. You, in partnership with the client marketing teams will lead its deployment to the respective brand teams and optimize it regularly based on business dynamics. You will be responsible for developing the skills and knowledge of junior staff.
Direct marketing and media analyses to support recommendations
· Provide updates to media and agency partners on the status of all account projects
· Ensure integration and coordination of communication plans and projects
· Train planning staff in media and marketing disciplines as well as the specifics of the Client’s business and industry
· Vet accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all media group outputs
· Act as media planning contact for outside agency partners
· Act with integrity when managing relationships across agency and media partners in order to ensure brand understanding, more effectively sell ideas, and contribute to positive agency evaluations
College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications, or equivalent experience
· 3+ years of relevant media experience, media planning preferred
· Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
