Job Description
As a project manager, you will join the delivery team for a digital health company that provides innovative solutions for health care organizations: You will be responsible for:
- Applying project management best practices to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Understanding the basics of the technical product and its features, benefits, and challenges.
- Communicating with the architect and developers to understand the scope of the project, the requirements, the deliverables, and the milestones.
- Managing multiple clients and ensuring their satisfaction, expectations, and feedback are met and addressed.
- Dealing with different types of contracts, such as statements of work (SOWs), time and material, fixed fee, etc., and managing the project's profitability, revenue, costs, hours, billables, financing, and budgeting.
- Reporting on the project's status, progress, risks, issues, and changes to the relevant stakeholders and senior management.
You will be an external project manager who will work closely with the internal delivery team and the client's team. You will need to have excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills. You will also need to have a strong interest and knowledge in digital health and technology.. Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing a large-scale IT projects
- Previous experience as a software engineer/developer with strong knowledge of product development life cycle
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
- PMP Certification
- HealthTech / MedTech experience
- Bilingual French/English
- Consulting/Delivery Experience Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
