Our client, a regional prominent Toronto law firm is currently looking for an Intermediate Corporate Clerk. Recognized as leaders in their field by Best Lawyers in Canada, Chambers Canada, Chambers Global, and Lexpert.
Office conveniently located in Toronto’s Financial District

Draft corporate legal documents (i.e.: incorporations, amalgamations, arrangements, acquisitions, reorganizations, amendments etc.);
- Preparing transactional documentation relating to corporate acquisitions, restructurings and reorganizations;
- Perform general and annual corporate maintenance.


5+ years’ experience in corporate law;
- Law Clerk diploma or certificate from an accredited institute;
- Knowledge of corporate law in Canadian jurisdictions other than Ontario and Federal;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects while under pressure;
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and Adobe.
