Our client, a reputable Toronto firm is currently looking for a IP Litigation Assistant. Large scale multi-service law firm specializing in a wide range of practices.
Office space conveniently located in Downtown Toronto

Provide legal administrative support to assigned lawyers;
- Accurately proofread, format, and assist with various legal and general materials;
- Draft/edit correspondence and legal documents from precedents and/or dictation;
- Minimum 5 years in a litigation role working in an IP environment, including experience liaising with the Federal Court;
- Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Diploma from an Accredited Institution;
- Experience working with the Ontario Courts is an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Outlook and Excel);
- Immaculate proofreading and grammar skills;
- Solid attention to detail and time management skills; Ability to prioritize and meet urgent deadlines.
