Product Marketing Specialist

Our partnered client is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist. This is an integral hire as this role will build marketing campaigns to assure schedules are met for new product launches.As the Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with your executives to understand the Marketing business needs for the parent and subsidiary company. Collaborating with third party vendors to assure delivery of products focused around social media channel strategies designed to grow the online community, increase channel follower base, and overall positive engagement.We require an individual who possesses a high degree of maturity and professionalism, in addition too strong written and oral skills, project coordination skills, and a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities:Develop market plan and schedule for new product launchesUnderstanding of inventory levels, sales and trending reports, peaks and low points within product lifecycle to build marketing plans for specific product linesDeveloping relationships with third party vendors and suppliersReview KPI’s & reports regarding performance of products and contentDevelop and manage the marketing calendarOversee content creation by third party content teamDevelop email marketing campaignsCollaboration with external influencers promoting productsDeveloping promotional campaigns for low performing productsRequirements:3+ years of marketing experience ideally within the retail or CPG industryProven experience with developing marketing plans for product launchesAbility to work hands on in developing process and best practisesCreative and strategic thinker with experience executing content creation, storytelling, media planning and social/digitalStrong understanding of consumers and media consumption habits along with target audiences/consumer profiling and devising strategies that engage, inform and drive the businessExceptional time management, budgeting and organizational skillsCollaborative and networking skillsAn individual who is an energizer and an excellent team playerEqual parts analytical and creativeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThis role is an on-site opportunity
