Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for our OEM Controllers, Machine Safety, Power Supply Offers, and Digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management: Manage an assigned portfolio of Schneider Electric brands, including OEM Controllers, Machine Safety, and Power Supply Offers.
  2. Product Development: Prepare product development objectives and schedules, work with internal customers to develop product strategies, and perform pricing functions for product lines.
  3. Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement effective marketing plans, establish a common approach across all product areas, and promote best practices.
  4. Training and Development: Develop presentations, demonstrations, seminars, and training programs that are audience-centric.
Requirements
  1. Education: Electrical Engineering Degree or Business Admin Degree, or College Electrical/Electronic diploma/degree, plus relevant work experience.
  2. Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience with industrial control and automation products, preferably in the OEM controllers/PLCs space.
  3. Marketing Experience: Marketing experience preferred, ideally in the Industrial industry.
  4. Business Development Skills: Proven Sales/Business Development skills.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
  6. Language Skills: French fluency is a strong asset.
