The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Alliance Manager to cultivate and manage relationships with our strategic technology partners. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving partner sales, expanding our network of alliances, and advancing our position as a leader in the Unified Communications (UC) industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to manage and nurture and expand relationships with technology partners in the VoIP industry.
  • Collaborate closely with partner organizations to drive joint business initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify and onboard new technology partners aligned with our strategic objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends
  • Understand the partner organizations, decision makers, influencers and contacts to build and drive the integration and partnership within your region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and collaboration opportunities, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to align partner activities with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with technology partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and enablement resources to partner sales teams to promote our solutions effectively.
  • Stay abreast of market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the UC ecosystem, providing strategic insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in partner sales, alliance management, or business development within the technology sector.
  • Extensive experience in the VoIP industry and a deep understanding of Unified Communications (UC) solutions.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partner engagements and co-selling initiatives.
  • Previous experience working at a UC provider
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
