Nous recherchons un-e "ingénieur-e LLM" passionné-e par les LLMs, la programmation et le développement de jeux. Vous travaillez avec une équipe de développeurs-euses de jeux et de chercheurs-euses qui utilisent les LLMs pour repenser les bases de comment les jeux vidéos sont construits - jusqu'où pouvons-nous repousser les limites du possible ?

Vous puiserez dans vos vastes connaissances en programmation pour inventer de nouvelles façons d'appliquer des LLMs au développement de logiciels et d'itérer sur les outils que nous avons construits pour créer un jeu à sur de nouvelles bases. Si vous aimez lire des articles sur l'avenir de la programmation et pensez que les LLMs ont le potentiel de transformer la façon dont les jeux et les logiciels sont créés, ce rôle est fait pour vous.

Notre équipe est ou sera composée de chercheurs-euses en ML, MLOps, développeurs-euses de jeux traditionnels et un-e "ingénieur-e LLM" (vous ). Pour vous donner une idée des travaux antérieurs de l'équipe, voici une courte présentation que nous avons faite à SIGGRAPH :

L'ingénieur-e LLM est rattaché-e au-à la directeur-trice du ML génératif.

Responsabilités et tâches

  • Inventer de nouvelles façons d'appliquer les LLMs au développement de jeux.
  • Imaginer des applications et comment appliquer les LLMs (de toutes tailles) au développement de jeux.
  • Suivre les dernières techniques en termes de LLMs et les communiquer aux autres équipes.

Expérience et compétences requises

  • Large éventail de connaissances au-delà de la programmation ("un profil en T")
  • À l'aise avec les "moonshots" à long terme et le prototypage rapide
  • Autonome, collaboratif-tive, bon-ne communicateur-trice.

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Intérêt ou expérience en matière de développement de jeux, y compris les supports non numériques tels que les TTRPGS

LLM Engineer

We are looking for an “LLM Engineer” passionate about LLMs, programming, and game development. You are working with a team of game devs and researchers using LLMs to rethink how game software is built from the ground up - how far can we push the boundaries of what’s possible?

You will draw on your breadth of knowledge about programming to invent new ways of applying LLMs to software development and iterating on the tools we’ve built to make a game from the ground-up. If you like to read papers about the future of programming and think LLMs have the potential to transform how games and software are made, this is the role for you.

Our team includes or will include ML researchers, MLOps, traditional game developers, and “LLM engineer” (you). To give you a sense of the team’s prior work, here is a short presentation we gave at SIGGRAPH:

Reporting

The LLM Engineer will report to the Director of Generative ML

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Invent new ways to apply LLMs to game development
  • Ideate applications and workflows that apply LLMs (of all sizes) to game development
  • Track the latest LLM techniques and communicate them to the broader teams

Experience and Skills required

  • Large breadth of knowledge beyond just programming (“a T-shaped candidate”)
  • Comfort with long-term moonshots and rapid prototyping
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, good communicator

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in or experience with game development, including non-digital mediums such as TTRPGS
