#Take ownership of the delivery of complex projects; Develop a comprehensive understanding of the overall vision behind Reliant, and integrate this into the architectural and process choices you make in your day-to-day work
Provide valuable insights to refine UI/UX concepts and contribute to the planning of backend and infrastructure development
Proactively take responsibility for long-term code quality and architecture

#Understanding of development design patterns and techniques, incl. Hands-on experience with testing approaches and libraries (unit testing, integration testing)
~ Proven track record of shipping innovative software products from conceptualizing and discovery all the way to launch and iterations


Technical acumen with experience in machine learning, AI and LLMs
DevOps and infrastructure experience
Previous experience working in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment

#Nous sommes à la recherche d'un développeur logiciel backend pour se joindre à notre équipe à Montréal. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans le développement et la réalisation de notre technologie en multipliant notre capacité à développer des fonctionnalités backend de base et en agissant comme un pont entre l'équipe d'ingénierie européenne et l'équipe d'apprentissage automatique (“machine learning”) canadienne.

Python / FastAPI
En tant que développeur logiciel backend, vous aurez des responsabilités importantes dès le premier jour et l'opportunité de prendre des décisions et d'avoir un impact sur notre stack technologique et notre infrastructure. Chez Reliant, vous participerez à la croissance d’une entreprise IA de calibre international et ferez partie d’une équipe composée de chefs de file tant côté scientifique que côté logiciel.

#Prendre en charge le développement du coeur de notre plateforme logiciel;
Participer au développement de l’interface usager (UI/UX) et contribuer à la planification du développement du backend et de l'infrastructure;
Maintenir un haut niveau de qualité de notre code et de notre architecture logicielle.

#En tant que candidat(e) idéal(e), vous avez plusieurs années d’expérience dans le développement backend ou full-stack, avez démontré une capacité à innover rapidement et de manière répétée, et êtes capable de réaliser des projets efficacement et indépendamment, tout en vous adaptant à la fois à l'opportunité et à l'équipe.

Vous ferez partie d’une équipe internationale qui opère principalement en anglais.

5+ ans d'expérience en tant que développeur logiciel backend;
~ Une compréhension des patrons de conception et technique de développement, en particulier quand au Rest API;
~ Une connaissance avec des approches et des bibliothèques de logiciels de test (tests unitaires, tests d'intégration);
~ Une expérience prouvée dans la réalisation de produits logiciels innovants, à partir de la conceptualisation et de la découverte jusqu'au lancement.


Une acuité technique avec de l'expérience en apprentissage automatique, en IA et avec les modèles de langage (LLMs);
Une expérience en matière de DevOps et d'infrastructure;
Une expérience antérieure de travail dans une startup ou un environnement de travail à un rythme rapide.
