Inspired by this question, we founded ZOMI with a simple yet profound mission:
to break down all barriers that prevent people from discovering new foods, enabling everyone to experience cuisines from around the world.
By adopting a dish-centric approach combined with the power of AI, we have become the first company capable of digitizing everyone's unique tastes and introducing TasteMatch as the new currency of culinary credibility.
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic User Operations & Growth Manager to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will be instrumental in launching our APP locally, building and nurturing our initial community, and driving user engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Seed User Acquisition:
Identify and onboard initial users to foster an engaged community around ZOMI. - Community Building:
Cultivate relationships with users to establish a strong community mindset and encourage active participation. - User Engagement:
Promote active creation of recommendations on ZOMI by seed users. - Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. - Feedback & Improvement:
Proactively identify the needs and pain points in creators' operation & experiences, and deliver clear business improvement recommendations. Collaborate with the Product team to enhance their experience.

- Experience in user operations, community building, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
