We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Manager, Financial Analysis and Cost Optimization with a strong background in accounting and financial analysis to lead contract optimization efforts and drive financial process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate is skilled in contract analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational needs.
Conduct in-depth analysis of vendor and supplier contracts to identify opportunities for cost savings, improved terms, and operational efficiencies.
Track contract performance against financial benchmarks and objectives, reporting insights to leadership on realized savings and potential improvements.
Collaborate closely with operational and departmental leaders to provide financial insights, supporting decision-making to manage and control costs effectively.
Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, helping translate financial data into actionable plans for managing departmental budgets and expenses.
Streamline financial data processes and create dynamic dashboards to provide real-time insights, enabling leadership and departmental teams to make informed, data-driven decisions efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis, with a focus on contract management, cost analysis, or budgeting and forecasting.
~ Demonstrated experience in analyzing contracts, understanding cost structures, and supporting financial decisions.
~ Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools, with advanced MS Excel skills; Power BI & Adaptive experience is a plus.
