Full Time Appointment Setters

Appointment Setters must have a friendly and engaging phone manner. Key fundamentals of this role include developing and building deep relationships with clients by handholding them throughout their journey, understand their needs, and engage with them to ensure their success when utilizing our platform. A successful incumbent will possess leadership, problem-solving, communication, empathy, technical savviness and collaboration, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly fast-paced and team-centric environment.
Our mission is to generate volumes of high quality leads for business brokers, franchisors and commercial realtors in order to help our clients sell more, faster and for the highest price. We work in Canada and the US generating leads through live events, our website, app and email marketing.
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge
Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies
Strong technology proficiency CRMs, Office 365 (ie., Word/PowerPoint/Excel) and Virtual meeting event software such as Zoom
Experience in sales or customer service
you love owning projects end to end
To regularly report & communicate KPIs (key performance indicators) status to stakeholders.
A Bachelor Degree is preferred for this position.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager or in Sales.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
