We are looking for an experienced, independent, and savvy full-cycle contract recruiter to join our team at Envol This is a contract role with a lot of flexibility.

YOU’RE EXCITED ABOUT THE ROLE BECAUSE YOU'LL…
  1. Collaborate with our team to understand our clients’ needs, objectives, and goals based on a thorough role discovery process with their hiring managers.
  2. Source candidates through proactive search and creative channels.
  3. OWN full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, reference check and manage feedback – it's like second nature to you
  4. Coordinate interviews for hiring managers, gathering interview feedback from the candidates to ensure an exceptional candidate experience has been achieved.
  5. Use your analytical skills to leverage data from our applicant tracking system to adjust sourcing strategies for improved results. We work smarter and harder

  • Have some sort of post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Have experience with full-cycle recruitment and current sourcing techniques/tools.
  • Truly enjoy recruiting and it shows
  • Pride yourself on leaving people and places better than you found them.
  • Are proficient with creative sourcing strategies, including social media and outreach tactics.
  • Are independent with mad problem-solving skills (but can also collaborate, because #team).
  • Are resourceful AF with excellent follow through – no excuses.
  • Have experience creating compelling, audience-specific content.
  • Are known for your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
