Lorsqu’il sera possible de le faire en toute sécurité, la personne ayant obtenu ce poste pourrait être appelée à travailler dans un bureau.

Nous sommes à la recherche de spécialistes du service à la clientèle chevronnés pour travailler au sein de notre Division des solutions multicanaux, du lundi au vendredi, de 13 h à 16 h. Éduquer les clients sur les politiques et les procédures, leur expliquer comment remplir les formulaires et les demandes, et les orienter vers les partenaires commerciaux au besoin.
• Envoyer des notes de services écrites à la main, des courriels ou des notes de service en ligne aux employés concernés.
• Accomplir des tâches de bureau durant les périodes creuses comme consigner les statistiques des appels téléphoniques, indexer les documents, coder et trier le courrier, envoyer des lettres, etc.
• Remplacer occasionnellement l’agente ou l’agent d’accueil, ou encore aux archives et à la salle du courrier durant les pauses et les pauses-repas. Diplôme d’études secondaires ou une combinaison équivalente de scolarité et d’expérience.
• Un an d’expérience dans le service à la clientèle, dans un centre d’appel de préférence.
• Connaissance des méthodes et des processus généraux de bureau pour appliquer et suivre les directives reliées à l’accès aux renseignements, aux demandes de dossiers, aux soldes de compte, etc.
• Connaissance des systèmes informatiques comme Microsoft Outlook et Microsoft Office Suite.
• Compétences relationnelles, faire preuve de courtoisie, de tact et de diplomatie, bonne capacité d’écoute et d’interrogation pour travailler en équipe et répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients Voici notre engagement envers l’équité, la diversité et l’inclusion :
