As a Client Service Representative (CSR) at ETHOS, you are the first warm smile and the helping hand our clients experience as they enter the Ladysmith WorkBC Resource Centre. **Essential Qualifications and Required Skills**:

- Post-Secondary education in Human Services, Administration or a combination of education, training, and experience
- 2+ years’ experience serving a diverse clientele in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Experience delivering services and workshops online would be a bonus
- Preference is given to those with experience providing service to job seekers
- Knowledge of the local labour market and community agencies is considered an asset
- Ability to handle client and program information according to confidentiality and privacy laws
- A clear Criminal Record Check working with Vulnerable Adults
