As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through proactive business development initiatives. Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential new markets for our products. Use this information to inform product development strategies and market expansion plans.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the precast concrete industry. Apply this knowledge to enhance sales strategies and drive business growth.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales, preferably in the manufacturing, construction or building materials industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the sales region
Knowledge of civil infrastructure, natural resources, forestry, industrial and/or mining considered an asset
