About You:  You work autonomously. You are highly organized with a hands on approach to inventory. You are Social Media Savvy and know how to build a following and market products. You are methodical and maintain a clean work space. You are able to work varied hours (eg. the optimal time to do an Instagram live, and attend occasional offsite events, etc).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing social media, ecommerce platforms and driving online sales
  • Knowledge of best practices in ecommerce, including product listings optimization, pricing strategies, and inventory management
  • Familiarity with social media, tiktok, instagram, and facebook.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces (e.g., Etsy) and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision making
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for ecommerce and staying updated with industry trends
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
