The position reports to the Assistant Internal Audit Manager and is one of the main team members of the Internal Audit team. It is expected that the candidate could lead and perform internal audit projects independently. 

Assist in the establishment of the ESF annual internal audit plan
Perform audit fieldwork and audit procedures to verify the operating effectiveness and efficiencies of controls through interviews, document reviews and data analysis
Analyse and conclude on the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and the control environment
Identify control gaps and opportunities for improvement
Document the results of audit work in accordance with the standards of the Internal Audit team and The Institute of Internal Auditors
Prepare audit reports for the Senior Management and the Audit Committee
Provide advice on internal controls and participate in enhancing internal audit standards and practices
Participate in ad-hoc projects where necessary

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
~3 years of relevant experience (post-qualification experience and internal audit experience preferable)
~ Experience in IT audit, audit software and data analytics is preferred
~ Proficiency in MS Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
~ Possess a good understanding of risk and the ability to identify risks in various processes
~ Ability to multi-task and effectively manage ongoing projects
~ Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
~ Strong communication, presentation and report-writing skills
