Nous recherchons un/une :

Assistant(e) Communication Globale et Digitale LOUIS XIII

Pour un stage de 6 mois, basé à Paris et démarrage juillet 2024 :

Accompagnement de l’équipe Communication LOUIS XIII sur l’ensemble de ces projets à l’international avec pour missions :

·Conception et production de l’ensemble des outils de communication / projet,

·Suivi du calendrier éditorial institutionnel, lifestyle, produits & événementiel global

·Création de contenu iconographique institutionnels & digitaux via l’organisation de shooting photos et vidéos

·Coordination des actions de communication / RP entre les pôles de l’équipe centraleet les marchés

·Suivi desactivations 360, consolidation des résultats & documents de suivi

·Gestion des relations avec les marchés internationaux et les partenaires,

·Gestion et consolidation de la veille presse et digitale internationale

·Interlocuteur des marchés dans le cadre des visites Presse à Paris et à Cognac

·Relais des équipes cognac (hospitalité, IBA) pour les visites RP Cognac

·Suivi et coordination des droits images (contrat, devis, suivi prestataire)

·Suivi des demandes & validations auprès de l’équipe juridique

·Accompagnement des marchés sur les activations presse (interview, shooting photo etc.)

·Suivi des événements PR sur les marchés

·Aide des équipes de la communication interne de la Maison et du groupe

·Gestion des calendriers éditoriaux social media à l’international

·Gestion et diffusion des contenus digitaux auprès des équipes centrales et internationales

·Suivi de l’influence always on au niveau central & organisation d’évènements influenceurs (Festival de Cannes, Cognac)

·Accompagnement des marchés dans l’utilisation des outils digitaux (influence, social)

·Coordination et consolidation des retombées digitales (social, media, influence)

·Suivi des campagnes médias et social médias au niveau central & marchés

·Aide des équipes de la communication interne de la Maison et du groupe sur tous les sujets de communication digitale

  • Parler et écrire l’anglais couramment est indispensable
  • L’organisation et la rigueur sont de mises pour mener à bien vos missions
  • Avoir une certaine sensibilité pour le luxe
  • Excellente capacité d’expression à l’oral comme à l’écrit
