**Position Description Summary**

The Data Controller is responsible creating and updating regular operational reports. They also play a key role in the administration of setting up new employees, verifying and consolidating payroll hours for associates as well as managing supplies inventory.

**Principal Accountabilities**

Setting up new employees in the time and attendance system
Creating employee profiles and assisting Supervisors in reporting
Reconciling invoices from employment agencies with actual staffing
Coordinating with our client in reconciling and verifying distribution entries, damage logs, and POs
Working in collaboration with our client’s finance team
Collaborating with our client when identifying distribution errors and finding mutual solutions
Liaise with internal departments and clients
Data entry of customer information
Ordering supplies for the warehouse and processing orders from warehouse for supplies
Oversee supplies inventory and maintain inventory accuracy
Verifying data and generating regular reporting for operations and client

**Knowledge and Skills**

Strong skills in Microsoft Office - proficient in Excel
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent problem solving and time management skills
Detail oriented and excellent time management with the ability to multitask
Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing process
Knowledge of general payroll processes an asset
