This role demands strong technical skills, workflow management ability as well as a passion for high quality customer service.



Understanding and analysis of customer needs to recommend system setup that supports those needs
Partnering with Service Representatives, Implementation Specialists, Customers and Advisors to clarify plan design so that system setup is efficient and accurate
Investigate and resolve escalated issues or complaints
Computer literacy and strong attention to details
Ability to multitask in a multi-functional environment with shifting priorities
As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position reports to a unilingual English-speaking manager outside Quebec.
Asset:
Bilingualism in both French and English (outside of Quebec)
Overtime may be required during peak periods.
