In addition to creating content, your role as Lead Editor, Japanese puts you in the forefront of developing a story that connects with our audience and captures the dynamic and constantly changing nature of Japanese fashion and culture.

Lead a team shaping SSENSE's Japanese voice across marketing channels, creating culturally resonant content reflecting the pulse of Japanese culture for a diverse audience
Take on a role covering newsletters, push notifications, social media, editorial, and multi-channel campaigns, demonstrating expertise in translation, copywriting, and platform-specific strategies.
As a leader, manage teams and play a key role in fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive culture to achieve departmental missions.
Showcase your ability to develop and execute original content marketing franchises that translate into effective marketing communications. Stay in tune with Japanese audiences, trends, and cultural aspirations to craft engaging and conversion-driven content.
Excel in leading your team by providing training, actionable feedback, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Manage the delegation of marketing copywriting, ensuring timely execution of projects.
Demonstrate your content production skills by ensuring the output is on-brand, compliant with the Japanese audience. Utilize your journalism and marketing background to elevate the quality of content.
Leverage your understanding of performance data, SEO, SEM, and other content marketing concepts to hold yourself and your team accountable for content engagement. Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve overall performance.
Showcase your collaboration skills, not only within the Japanese Content team but also in cross-functional collaboration with other language markets and the English content team.
