Sales Leader Opportunity at Luxury Retailer
Elte is Toronto's source for considered design for all things home. Our sister brand, Mkt, is an independent design house creating pieces for a modern, edited home. We have four large showrooms within Toronto's Design District. In the Elte Showroom, you'll find Rugs and Carpeting, Furniture, Lighting, Mattresses, Linens and Home Decor.
You are a results-driven manager who is all about coaching and enabling sales teams to deliver outstanding service. You must be a curious, flexible, resourceful, and dedicated leader.
5-7 years experience managing a sales team(s)
~ Experience leading a team of commission-based sales professionals is an asset
~ Direct sales experience with luxury goods is preferred
~ Experience with CRM and point-of-sale tools (IE. Salesforce) is an asset
~ Flexible and adaptable to change; change management skills are an asset
~ Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales professionals
Drive sales through effective coaching and developing of team
Ensure successful pipeline of sales opportunities through business development strategies
Consistently uphold and maintain the visual standards of the showroom
Champion and act as an ambassador for the Elte brand
