TECHNICAL SALES AGENT / SALES SUPPORT AGENT
If so, our sales team absolutely wants to meet you

The Sales Support Centre agent will work within the team to support the U.S and Canadian dealer network (excluding Quebec) and sales representatives. This support includes providing quotations, processing orders and answering all general and technical questions

Calculate freight and installation costs
Answer general and technical questions about our products and services from our dealers, customers and sales representatives (mostly English-speaking through phone calls, email, and web chat)
Be a liaison between our customers and the different departments within Damotech, and support the various departments in certain tasks
Be prepared and willing to move from task to task to fulfill immediate needs
Be prepared to complete the training period of approximately 3 months full-time in the office

3 days from the office & 2 days from home Membership at Gym Centre Performe Plus and corporate discounts at Idolem Yoga

3 years of experience in B2B customer service.
~ Diploma of college studies (technical discipline)
~ Perfectly fluent in English
