In line with our vision, we are searching for an Executive Accountant to join our Athletes Recruitment division on a part-time, remote basis. The role is crafted for someone with a strong background and understanding of hockey or sports at large, combined with comprehensive experience in sales and recruitment, ideally extending over five years.

The successful candidate will exhibit a solid network within the hockey industry, leveraging these connections to enhance our recruitment efforts. Your impact on our organization will be multifaceted: from managing intricate financial processes and budgets to meticulous reporting and compliance adherence for recruitment activities. EVO Performance is eager to onboard a professional whose expertise and enthusiasm echo the vibrant spirit of the sports world—one who is driven to succeed and ready to foster professional relationships that aid in the strategic development of our business.

As a professional in this dynamic field, it's essential to have a schedule that adapts to the ebb and flow of the sports industry. We're looking for someone who can comfortably manage their time to be available during the day, as well as take on assignments during weeknights and weekends, ensuring we remain proactive and responsive to our clients' varying needs.

- Cultivate and sustain strong, professional relationships with both parents and athletes, ensuring a foundation of trust and open communication.
-Researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans, including market research.
-Professionally represent our organization at hockey games and industry events, fostering relationships and expanding our professional network within the sports community.
-Engage with key stakeholders in a conversational manner, facilitating meaningful connections that contribute to our strategic recruitment goals.
