JOB SUMMARY Spitfire Recruiting is currently seeking a dedicated Manager of Respite and Residential Supports to join our client's team. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Administration, this position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the support services for clients within their residential and respite programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this dynamic role, you will:
Provide direct support to clients, ensuring the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and adherence to behavioral and medical protocols.
Manage reporting to regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and quality assurance measures.
Conduct financial analysis and budget management, optimizing resources to meet program needs effectively.
Stay updated on developments in the developmental services sector and regulatory requirements, ensuring our programs meet the highest standards of care.
Act as a point of contact for addressing and promptly reporting any issues or concerns regarding staff, buildings, equipment, or vehicles.
Troubleshoot program and staffing challenges, developing effective solutions.
Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, screening, interviewing, and staff training.

AUTHORITY
Direct and evaluate program staff, assign tasks, and ensure quality service delivery.
Establish administrative procedures and contribute to policy development.
Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with management and designated contacts.

ACCOUNTABILITY
Report any compliance issues or workplace hazards.
Adhere to financial guidelines and training requirements.

~ Demonstrate reliability, adherence to workplace guidelines, completion of documentation and training, and maintenance of healthy internal relationships.


SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Flexibility in working hours and on-call responsibilities.
Valid class G driver's license required.
