Many of Culligan dealers have valuable equity in their local communities as multigenerational family owners of their franchises. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Field Sales Executive will be a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead Quench's growth journey. To cultivate relationships, drive sales, and deliver tailored solutions to our valued customers. Through face-to-face interactions, strategic calls, and targeted B2B outreach, you'll be the face of Quench in the field.
Generating sales through face-to-face contact with prospects and existing customers
Excelling at in person account management activities to establish relationships with key decision makers
Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and rental agreements to key decision makers
Meeting or exceeding the new business sales goals with consistent levels of daily/weekly activity
Playing an important role as needed in customer retention and contract extension
Completing administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports
Excellent communication skills, via phone and email (clear, enthusiastic; strong sales skills; Prior field sales experience
Solid team player with outstanding integrity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong general computer and Office suite skills
