Manager, Business Solutions & AnalyticsGreater Toronto Area Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions & Analytics to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, this individual plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence across various business functions. You will lead key initiatives and ensure close collaboration with all commercial departments to support overall business success.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the single point of contact for local CRM ownership and managementCollaborate with sales leadership to oversee the management of sales reporting, metrics, and dashboards, focusing on standardization and automation.Manage local sales data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Partner with sales and finance teams on territory-level forecasting and quota development.Lead business insights for assigned units or areas, conducting analytics to identify new business opportunities and setting benchmarks to support strategic recommendations.Provide strategic CRM support, working with internal and external partners, including global or regional teams and development groups.Develop ad-hoc sales analyses and data visualizations.Oversee scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for local teams.Manage the sales execution plan reporting process.Support the development and implementation of Incentive Compensation Plans for sales teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.3-5 years of analytical experience, including data analysis and reporting. Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of employees, including senior management.Proficiency in statistical modeling techniques and their application in complex analytical projects, such as regression modeling and ROI analysis.Proven experience working in cross-functional environments.Proficient in systems administration, configuration, and functionality.Solid knowledge and experience in data modeling, architecture, and associated KPIs and dashboards.Experience in creating business cases, developing plans and scenarios, and conducting root cause analysis.Innovative thinker with the ability to translate curiosity into actionable insights.Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Experience with CRM systems such as VEEVA or Salesforce.Proficient in desktop software, including Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint.Thank you in advance for your interest, only individuals deemed to have the skill set and experience to fit the role will be contacted.Lock Search Group is a National Executive Recruitment firm with 11 offices in Canada and one in the United States, a staff of more than 30 Consultants and Associates, and expertise in 11 major disciplines.
