Your new company Our client is a leading full service law firm located in the core of Downtown Toronto. They are looking for a Legal Assistant to support their Commercial Real Estate practice. This is a hybrid remote opportunity where you are only required to be in office two days a week.

As a Legal Assistant, you will be supporting a team of four Commercial Real Estate professionals at the practice. Your tasks will involve but not limited to preparing legal documents, conducting research, managing case files, and providing essential administrative support. To succeed in this position, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a Commercial Real Estate practice, preferably in a large firm. In-depth understanding of business and legal terminology and commercial real estate is required. Proficiency in MS Office 365, Intapp, Worksite DMS, Teraview and DocuSign is also a must.
