As our Growth Manager , you will be at the forefront of steering our project towards success. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a thriving and dynamic community of blockchain enthusiasts and developers. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and development teams to conceive and implement growth strategies that not only elevate our online and offline communities but also foster a positive and inclusive culture.
As the Growth Manager for .box domains, you will lead initiatives to create, expand, and oversee communities of web3 domain enthusiasts and supporters. Your strategic acumen will be instrumental in driving project awareness and adoption, as well as ensuring the sustained evolution of our community.
You will not only manage community engagement but also contribute significantly to the overall growth trajectory of our project. Your insights and initiatives will be crucial in positioning our offering as a cornerstone in the rapidly evolving landscape.
Responsibilities:
Community Building:
Develop and implement a comprehensive community strategy to grow and engage the blockchain community.
Identify and engage key influencers, advocates, and thought leaders in the blockchain space.
Content Creation and Management:
Create and curate high-quality content, including FAQs, support docs, xeet threads, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and webinars, to keep the community informed and engaged.
Manage social media channels, online forums, and other communication platforms.
Events and Meetups:
Organize and participate in community events, conferences, webinars, and meetups to foster personal connections and promote the project.
Collaborate with event organizers and partners to represent the project effectively.
Community Support:
Respond to community inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collect and analyze feedback to provide insights for project development and improvement.
Advocacy and Ambassador Programs:
Develop and manage community ambassador and advocacy programs to empower and reward active community members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and influencers.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure the impact of community-building efforts.
Provide regular reports to the management team on the status and progress of the community.
Market Research:
~ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and developments in the blockchain space to guide community engagement strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in community management in the blockchain or technology space.
Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and its underlying principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and community management tools.
Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for blockchain technology and a desire to foster a vibrant community.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, in-person, position.
