Pet Valu Canada is seeking an End User Services Administrator. The End User Services Administrator is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting technology solutions across the organization with a focus on Microsoft Intune and Teams as well as automation and reporting systems. Work collaboratively with business partners to ensure key initiatives drive results and obtain financial objectives by providing meaningful, proactive technical analysis and support
Provide leadership and direction to the team by fostering a high-performance team environment that instills best practices and skills, critical and strategic thinking and pro-active problem-solving.
Ensures that internal controls are used to mitigate risks around user experiences through system best practices
Improve the Technology process and through analytics, automation and continuous improvement of processes
Rollout and Administrate Intune services including application deployment, jumpstart, out-of-box policies, MDM for Android and Apple devices, and security hardening policies.
Server as the primary administrator for Microsoft Intune, responsible for managing and maintaining Intune infrastructure and configurations.
Package applications efficiently and effectively for deployment through Intune, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with existing systems.
Implement security measures within Intune to safeguard organizational data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to Intune configurations, policies, and deployments.
Administer telecom services through Teams and Intune while coordinating with vendors as appropriate.
Provide level 1 support for Access Control and CCTV systems along with vendor escalation and management
Work closely with IT Security to support user access reviews and drive cleanup and alignment initiatives.
Review support ticket analytics and user responses and define reporting and dashboards based on SLAs and KPIs
Provide after-hours troubleshooting support and assistance as necessary.
2 Years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration required
~ A strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams or Intune
~ Experience building, configuring, and monitoring all types of endpoints
~ Hands-on experience with project deployments.
~ Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and standard support strategies and best practices.
~ MS Office Product Experience
~ An understanding of Microsoft Exchange, OneDrive, and Sharepoint
~ Understanding of access control systems and access control software, including CCTV security cameras

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Automation and Job Scheduling tools
