We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute menu items
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Maintain food quality standards and kitchen cleanliness
- Assist in managing kitchen staff and training new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Contribute to menu planning and development

Experience:

- Previous experience in a culinary role with a focus on food preparation and kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Experience in team management and leadership roles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bartending, food service, and hospitality industry practices

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
