The Director, Product Management, is a visionary leadership role responsible for leading product strategy and development efforts, shaping the future of Greenway’s product portfolio and ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the ambulatory care market. The DPM will demonstrate deep expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for ambulatory care solutions, aligned with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify high-growth opportunities and emerging trends in ambulatory care technology.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization (sales, marketing, engineering, customer support) to drive product initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee competitive analysis and ensure our solutions deliver unparalleled value to clients compared to competitors.
- Own the entire product lifecycle for ambulatory care solutions, from concept to market leadership and ongoing optimization.
- Champion a data-driven approach to product development, leveraging user research, analytics, and market insights to inform product decisions.
- Lead the development and execution of product go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launches and exceeding customer expectations.
- Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring our solutions provide intuitive and exceptional experiences for ambulatory care providers and patients.
Exceptional Communication and Influence:
- Possess exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Articulate compelling product vision and roadmaps to secure executive buy-in and cross-functional alignment.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing product leadership and thought leadership.
