About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Director to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our innovative products, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management: Develop and execute product strategies, product roadmaps, and product launch plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, understanding their needs, and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, and production, to develop and launch new products.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement product lifecycle management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches, maintenance, upgrades, and end-of-life management.
  • Business Development: Work closely with the business development team to understand customer product strategies, competitive positioning, projected demand, and key feature requirements.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to understand product cost drivers, technology, automation, and supply chain investment strategies to achieve target cost reduction roadmaps.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain all product collateral, product training materials, and product launch plans to support business development and product launch efforts.
Requirements
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background in system-level product development or design in medical imaging systems or comparable vertical markets.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years' technical experience and 5 years' product management experience.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience working in new product specification, development, and product launch, as well as developing customer relationships for technically advanced and complex products.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate highly technical individuals across organizational boundaries.
  • Business Management Skills: Strong analytical and business management skills, with the ability to review and analyze data, documents, and processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Time and Priority Management: Excellent time and priority management skills, with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous programs.
Education
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical engineering, engineering-physics, physics, or equivalent.
  • MBA: MBA will be an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $140,000-190,000 CAD.
