Social Media and Influencer Manager

**Overview of your day-to-day**
- Lead the development of the social media tentpoles, along with the calendar, to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness across all owned social channels
- Develop and manage a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to support overall business and marketing objectives
- Help coordinate, grow, and foster relationships with our social community, content creators, and influencers
- Develop strategic creative briefs for the creation of campaign and always-on assets that align with the business objectives, brand strategy and goals
- Conceptualize, coordinate, and create compelling insights-informed content
- Identify on-brand trends and deliver with fast-paced execution
- Partner with cross functional teams, including creative, digital, and retail, to effectively translate, compile, and cross-pollinate integrated marketing plans through a social lens
- Champion brands’ values and identity on social media, ensuring all communications resonate with the target audiences across different platforms
- Identify new owned storytelling channels/opportunities with high potential for the brand and develop necessary strategic frameworks to pursue those opportunities
- Diagnose key areas of overlap between other digital channels (i.e. CRM and paid social) and develop an approach to optimize and scale those content synergies
- Provide support for ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
**Who You Are**

- Minimum 5 years experience in working in social media content creation and strategy
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics tools (Dash Hudson, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Strong communication written and verbal skills and attention to detail, particularly in regards to consumer-facing content
- Expertise in content creation across social media platforms and ability to execute

- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries, building cross-functional relationships and advocating for brand outcomes
- Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
- Highly proactive, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners to make things happen with limited resources
- Fashion experience is a plus

- Concevoir, coordonner et créer un contenu convaincant basé sur des informations
- Identifier les tendances de la marque et les mettre en œuvre à un rythme soutenu
- Travailler en partenariat avec des équipes fonctionnelles transversales, y compris les équipes créatives, numériques et de vente au détail, pour traduire, compiler et polliniser efficacement les plans de marketing intégrés dans une optique sociale
- Défendre les valeurs et l'identité des marques sur les médias sociaux, en veillant à ce que toutes les communications trouvent un écho auprès des publics cibles sur les différentes plateformes
- Identifier de nouveaux canaux/opportunités de narration en propre à fort potentiel pour la marque et développer les cadres stratégiques nécessaires pour saisir ces opportunités
- Diagnostiquer les principaux domaines de chevauchement entre les autres canaux numériques (c'est-à-dire le CRM et les médias sociaux payants) et élaborer une approche pour optimiser et développer ces synergies de contenu
- Fournir un soutien pour des tâches et des projets ad hoc, selon les besoins
