We are hiring an intermediate front-end developer (React/Typescript) with some knowledge of C#.Net to work with one of our clients, an international investment bank based in Montreal. Context The team aims to provide daily services to the bank and its clients, driving their transformation forward. They set themselves apart from competitors by rapidly implementing agile transformations, promoting a culture of technology and data, expediting decision-making processes, and adopting an industrial approach. This approach utilizes teams that are either cross-functional or aligned with specific sub-business units. The Client Lifecycle and Digital team is tasked with developing and maintaining the B2B platform interfaces. These platforms feature APIs accessible directly by the clients, along with "Client Intelligence" systems designed to boost the efficiency of the client-facing teams. The platform is a comprehensive electronic solution offering B2B services throughout the pre-trade, execution, and post-trade stages, delivering digital solutions for various markets including financing, cash management, equipment finance, and securities. Responsibilities Collaborating in business and technical analysis of user stories with teammates and other teams Developing and deploying software components that provide tangible business value Ensuring proper testing of each component according to the team’s test strategy. Seeking optimal technologies and practices for solving problems in terms of security, scalability, maintainability, and user experience Minimizing technical debts through software craftsmanship.
