Location: Ontario, Canada, Remote

Assist the Indirect Procurement Director in the development, execution and compliance of the PRUSA Procurement Policy and procedures. This includes working cross functionally to maximize value to PRUSA and minimize risk through the selection, evaluation, contract development and on-going management of suppliers across the entire value chain. Support the development and management of vendor score cards, vendor KPIs, SLAs and contracts, creating worksheets and related analysis and reporting. Note: This is a contract position for approximately 1 year.
Perform vendor spend analysis to identify and prioritize material cost savings within our existing vendor base and with potential new vendors.
Ensure compliance with all applicable Pernod Ricard USA standards and Procurement processes, including vendor creation, vendor management, competitive bidding requirements and contract approvals. 
Provide periodic spend, compliance, and exception reporting. Support Vendor Quality Assessment and Scorecard Review Process with stakeholders Partner with various business units including, but not limited to, Marketing and Finance to ensure on-going and timely utilization and compliance with the Purchase Order process in respective vendor contracts.
Deliver training and manage communication of Procurement policies to employees and affiliates.
Conduct regular risk assessments of vendor compliance and action plan as required
Education: 4 Years College - Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum two-three years demonstrated Corporate experience with Indirect Procurement experience preferred
Strong business acumen and understanding of Indirect Procurement spend
Good understanding of Consumer Products/Beverage industry is preferred but not required.
Confident with at least intermediate level Excel and Power Point from day one.
Commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.
